CSI provides client communities with five options to pay assessments.


  • With Direct ACH Debit, you can have your monthly dues debited directly from your checking account. With this option, any increase in your association dues will automatically update the payment amount when the change takes effect.

    To set up Direct ACH Debit, log onto www.pay.allianceassociationbank.com, and select “Setup Scheduled Payments” from the home page dashboard or Menu dropdown.

  • You may use your payment coupon to mail your payments directly to the bank’s lockbox. Please note: a coupon must be sent with each payment you mail. Be sure to make checks payable to your association and include your account number on the check.

  • Go online and initiate a draft from your checking account. This can be used as a one-time service, or you can set up a recurring draft (E-Check). To use this option, log onto www.pay.allianceassociationbank.com to access the Alliance Association Bank homepage. You’ll have the option to click “Sign-In or Register” or to “Make a One Time Payment”. Follow the instructions for making a onetime assessment payment by E-Check or setting up a recurring payment.

  • You can use any on-line bill payment system to make assessment payments, as a “preferred payee” with most major bill-payment processors. Use the following information to set up your payment:

    Pay to:
    Association/Community Name
    Include your account number in the memo section

    Mail to:
    “Association / Community Name”
    c/o Condominium Services, Inc.
    P.O. Box 98172
    Las Vegas, NV 89193-8172

  • You can use your debit or credit card to pay the assessment. There is a $5.00 flat fee for a debit card and a 3.5% fee for a credit card. To use this option, log onto www.pay.allianceassociationbank.com, scroll to the bottom of the home page, click on “Debit/Credit Card Payment” and follow the instructions.

Homeowner Portal

CSI’s homeowner portal offers convenient real-time information about your community.  You can make a payment, check your payment history, update your contact information, check your account history, and get 24/7 access to important community documents. 


If your association has your email address on file, you should have received an invitation to join the homeowner portal with instructions on how to proceed.  Go to the link included in the invitation and create your user login credentials. If you haven’t received an invitation, contact us [link] to update your email address and have an invitation sent to you.
